Top Labeler w/ Stand: CVC 100
	The CVC 100 is a Top Labeler or Side Labeler with a stand that can be used alongside existing conveyor systems. The labeler head has stepper motor drive and a PLC control unit. Labeling System. 0 - 32 Meters per minute, variable speed adjustment. No adjustment needed for label placement when conveyor speed is changed. No adjustment for different label length is necessary. The SelfSet™ microprocessor automatically detects the label and adjusts the label sensor to the label being used.

Tamp Labeler: CVC 120
	The CVC 120 labeling head is adjustable for left-right, high-low positions to label different container sizes. Label width: up to 2-3/4" Label length: up to 2-3/4" Vacuum Plate: up to 2-3/4" x 2-3/4" Air Pressure: 43 - 57 psi (3-4 kgs/cm²) Air consumption: 2.3 cfm at 50 psi (80,000 cm3/min.) Max. Speed: 60 pieces/min. Larger sizes are available upon request.

Top Labeler: CVC 200
	The CVC 200 incorporates its own conveyor and the CVC SelfSet™ Labeling System. 0 - 32 Meters per minute, variable speed adjustment. No adjustment needed for label placement when conveyor speed is changed. No adjustment for different label length is necessary. The SelfSet™ microprocessor automatically detects the label and adjusts the label sensor to the label.

Wrap Around Labeler: CVC 300
	This wrap around labeler is versatile and adaptable to different labeling requirements. The standard Product Separator Wheel is recommended for normal product shapes and labeling speeds. The optional Product Separating Screw is recommended for higher labeling speeds (more than 80 pieces per minute), for small bottles and/or for labeling a single product only. The CVC 300 wrap around labeler has four different conveyor lengths available for different line connection requirements: 79" standard, 118", 138", 158".

Wrap Around Labeler: Hawk: CVC 302
	The CVC Hawk 302 SelfSet™ labeler is the most advanced, versatile and intelligent top labeling system on the market today. Featuring automatic adjustment of product separator, simply place a container on the conveyor and press a button. All electronic adjustments necessary for a smooth run are instantly calculated for you. Labeler set up has never been so easy. It automatically increases distance between bottles when necessary to prevent missing labels caused by crowding bottles too closely together. The Servo Motor Drive delivers reliability and endurance, with label dispensing speed up to 2,800 inches per minute. The three-language Touch Screen Labeler makes it easy for anyone to operate. Use of RS485 signal transmission technology uses only two wires to transmit more than thirty signals such as label sensor, hot stamper, bar code reader, etc (thirty wires are needed for labelers using standard signal transmission technology). And, CVC service technicians are equipped to link a PC phone network link to your Hawk machine for diagnostic troubleshooting.

Gallon Wrap Around Labeler: CVC 310
	The CVC-310 Gallon Wrap Labeler is designed for round products and ease of use. The CVC 310 features CVC's exclusive SelfSet™ control system plus a special vacuum wrap belt to assure correct placement for labels up to 18" in length. All stainless steel construction and the ability to save up to 50 jobs in memory make the CVC 310 Gallon Wrap Labeler one of the best values on the market today. The exclusive Self-Set™ system automatically performs a label sensor calibration, correctly measures the bottle diameter and the label length, calculates the correct label stop position, and measures the distance from product detection to the best label application point — all in a matter of seconds. It has never been easier to change speeds without affecting labeling accuracy.

Vial Labeler: CVC 330
	The CVC 330 features labeling speed of up to 180 bottles per minute for a full wrap label on a 1 inch diameter bottle with hot stamp printing. It is specially designed for non-standing cylindrical containers/items that are not vertically stable (round bottom or top heavy) including ampules, crayons, batteries, etc. The CVC 330 Vial Labeler features an automatic 600mm (23 5/8") diameter infeed turntable. An optional infeed loading tray is also available. There are three types of Accumulation Systems available: (a) a Standard Accumulation Tray, (b) a Motorized Accumulation Turntables (Diameters: 600mm and 900mm) and (c)a Square Accumulation Tray. Bottles are accumulated on work tray and moved manually.

Wrap Around Labeler w/ Print Apply: CVC 342
	The CVC 342 is applicable for round containers. The CVC 142 labeling head is designed for use with Zebra, Sato or Datamax Printer engines. The CVC 342 is ideal for small runs and frequent label changes. Labels can be readily printed with bar codes, consecutive numbering, code-dating, batch numbering, pricing, contents, special instructions, legends, etc. Other options are available.

Horizontal Ampule Labeler: CVC 350
	The CVC 350 is specially designed for non-standing cylindrical containers/items that are not vertically stable (round bottom or top heavy) including ampules, crayons, batteries, etc. Container/Item Diameter Range: 3/8" - 1" (special sizes are available at customer's request). Container/Item Height Range: 5/8" - 5"Labeling Speed: 150 - 200 Containers/Items per minute with C60 Hot Stamping. Actual labeling speed will be determined after testing based on product size, label size and testing. Also available with the CVC C60 Hot Stamp Printer (optional) and Custom Loading case (optional) designed for each product size.

Front/Back Labeler: CVC 400
	The unique design of the CVC 400 Front/Back Labeler provides unmatched performance. Labeling speed is automatically synchronized using SelfSet™ with conveyor speed to ensure quality labeling. Horizontal positioning screws for labeling heads, alignment belts and separators are self- centering, quickly and adjustable from either side of the machine (optional). Angle Adjustment of labeling head (optional) allows the labeling head to be angled up to 20 degrees to conform the label to tapered or angled container shapes. The Hot Stamp C60 is also available as an option.

Front/Back Wrap Labeler: CVC 430
	The CVC 430 Front/Back Wrap Labeler features stainless steel construction, powered wipe-down rollers, a wrap station for round bottles, and simple adjustments through a coupled movement design of two labeling heads with easy access. Only 10 minutes to change over between powered rollers for 2 sided labeling and CVC's "Quick Mount" wrap station for round bottles. Labeling speed is automatically synchronized with conveyor speed to ensure quality labeling. "Push & Press" optional attachment is used to ensure smooth labeling without wrinkles or bubbles. Tapered products can take advantage of the labeling heads angle adjustability up to 12o for conforming to the product shape (optional). SelfSet™ control system assures operator of easy label setup and superior label placement accuracy. Stepper motor drive on label head. CVC C60 Hot Stamp Printer is also available as an option.

CVC Print Apply Labeling Systems
	Now you can print labels with barcodes using either Sato or Zebra OEM thermal transfer print engines and apply the label to cartons or other products at the same time. Since the print engine is mounted directly on the labeling head and the label path is rerouted, the system can synchronize itself and print continuously while the labeler applies the labels at normal production speeds. The CVC Label Printer/Applicator systems are available with Tamp or Loose Loop/Wipe-On applicator. Maximum label web width up to 7.1." Maximum print width up to 6.6." Maximum label dispensing speed: 40 meters per minute. Drive System: AC motor, stepper motor. Machine Weight: 220 Lbs (100 kgs). SelfSet™ Labeling Systems
	CVC Engineers created the SelfSet™ concept to provide you with the very best in labeling performance. Simply place a container on the conveyor and press a button. All electronic adjustments necessary for a smooth run are instantly calculated for you. Labeler set up has never been so easy. No Operator Adjustment is required for the Product Sensor or Label Sensor. The CVC SelfSet™ labeling system provides the optimum sensing position for every label length and container length or diameter, eliminating the need for moving the product sensor or label sensor. Other labeling machines consume much time and require expert adjustment when changing labels or containers. Only CVC's SelfSet™ Control System Synchronizes Speed for ALL moving parts. When the first product passes the product sensor, the CVC SelfSet™ microprocessor will scan and identify the product length or diameter and label length. The labeling position, dispensing speed and label protrusion position are set and synchronized. It takes only three seconds to complete the procedure. This is very beneficial when changing bottle and label size. Only one pass through of a new container allows the system to quickly "read" the bottle and set up speeds for all motors. Product labeling speed may be immediately increased or decreased at a single touch. Automatic adjustment of label sensor prevents wrinkles and misfeeds.
